GET /api/v1/client/plans

List Client Plans

List plans owned by the calling reseller.

Forces the owner filter server-side so a client/reseller can never enumerate plans they do not own. Non-reseller clients receive an empty list because plan ownership is recorded by reseller username and a non-reseller has no owned plans. A hidden plan is the administrator's to assign; it is not offered to the reseller.
