Notifications

Updated Oct 5, 2026 Markdown

The bell icon in the topbar shows your account's notifications.

  • Badge count: how many of your latest 20 notifications are unread (the bell checks every 60 seconds)
  • Categories the server sends to your account:
    • login — a sign-in to your panel from an IP address not seen before for your account
    • account — your account was created, suspended or reactivated
    • backup — a backup completed or failed; a restore completed or failed
    • disk — your home directory reached 90 % of your plan's disk allowance (at most once a day)
    • ssl — a certificate one of your sites serves expires in 14, 7, 3 or 1 days
    • a message your hosting provider sends you directly can carry any category
  • Switches: avatar menu → Profile → Notification Preferences — one switch for Email Notifications and one for Panel Notifications. Turning one off stops that channel for every notification; the panel has no per-category switches, and which events notify you is set by your hosting administrator.
  • Email delivery: through the operator's configured SMTP relay. If you do not receive emails, ask your hosting administrator to verify the relay configuration.
  • What an email shows: the server it came from, what happened, the affected domain and its details, and a button to your control panel when there is something to do. A failed backup's email says the backup did not finish; the error itself is recorded for your hosting provider.
